Semiannual Performance Reports
Project PI is required to submit a Semiannual report (on or about) January 20 for the period July 1 through December 31, and again (on or about) July 20 for the period January 1 through June 30. The actual date of submission will be relayed to you via email.
Performance Metrics
AYK SSI funds originate from National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) through the Pacific Coastal Salmon Recovery Fund (PCSRF). NOAA has designed a performance metrics reporting form to capture the results of your project as they relate to one of the five major NOAA project objectives for the program (Planning and Assessment; Habitat Protection and Restoration; Enhancement, Outreach and Education; and Research, Monitoring, and Evaluation). Your project objective was determined when the project was established and is listed on the Project Approval Form (PAF). NOAA requires two sets of metrics—one at the start of the project meant to capture the entire anticipated impacts and another that captures actual results after the project is complete. Soon after you receive funding you will be presented with the performance metrics document along with instructions for completion.
Final Report
PI will provide a Project Completion report within 60 days of project completion.
Project Products
PIs must submit copies of final project products, preferably in electronic format. If the products (i.e., peer-reviewed publications, etc.) will not be available until a date later than 60 days from the end of the project, please alert staff of the estimated date for when the final product will be available.
